The Stop 'N Snack (aka Lillian's Market) is a small convenience store located in the lower Goon Docks which was notable for being a frequent hangout for the infamous Goonies. It originates from the 1985 adventure film The Goonies.
Overview[]

The store's candy and arcade games
The Stop 'N Snack was a wholesome little convenience store in the middle of the blue-collar residential neighborhood area of the Goon Docks that offered the daily essentials to the community, from food and batteries to other necessities for daily life. The Stop 'N Snack was also a popular hangout for the youth, in particular the local 'Goonies' and its member Chunk, who would pig out on the food or play on one of the store's two arcade games, I, Robot and Return of the Jedi.
History[]

Chunk at the Stop 'N Snack witnessing a police chase
It was near the Stop 'N Snack where the notorious Fratelli Crime Family nearly ran over the humble housemaid, Rosalita, as they were being chased by the police, and a young member of the Goonies, a portly boy by the name of Chunk, witnessed the chase with excitement as he hung out in the store, but his excitement soon died when his drink suddenly blew up in his face.

Mikey deciphers the map in the store
Later on, at the Stop ‘N Snack, the Goonies made their first stop before embarking on their great journey to find the treasure of the legendary pirate, One-Eyed Willy. While in the store, the Goonies' leader, Mikey, began deciphering the map to One-Eyed Willy's treasure by comparing it to a map of Astoria County.

The proprietress of Stop 'N Snack, Sylvia Keester haggling with Data
Meanwhile, the rest of the Goonies simply enjoyed the store's amenities: Chunk stuffed his face, Mouth ogled the girls in a lingerie magazine, and Data haggled with the store's owner, Sylvia Keester who wanted Data to fix her broken cash register but refused to pay him his $5.00 fee, instead insisting on paying him with 3 candy bars.
The boys' moment of peace, however, was soon disrupted by the arrival of local bully Troy Perkins, a spoiled jock from the wealthy Hillside community. Troy wasted no time tormenting the Goonies, even attempting to burn their precious map and assault Mouth. Fortunately for the Goonies, Mikey's elder brother, Brand, arrived and scared Troy off. Although the boys were rescued, they had to elude Brand and escape again to continue their search for One-Eyed Willy's treasure, which eventually led them to the Lighthouse Lounge.

- The filming location used for the Stop 'N Snack is currently the Astoria Coffee Co., a small cafe that doubles as a Goonies gift shop.

Chunk at the Lower Columbia Bowl which was identified as the Stop 'N Snack in the film's script
- During filming, Chunk witnessed the police chase while playing an arcade game at the real life Lower Columbia Bowl bowling alley, however the script for the movie identifies Chunk's scene as taking place at the Stop 'N Snack.
- Although the store is referred to as the 'Stop 'N Snack' in the film's script and official guides for the movie, the front door of the store instead has the words "Lillian's Market" printed on it, a fact which is even odder considering that the store's owner was named "Sylvia" in the script.
