Quan Yin is a Chinese restaurant located in New Orleans.
Overview[]
Quan Yin is a Chinese restaurant named for the Queen of Heaven.
Unlike many Chinese restaurants, Quan Yin had an extensive cellar full of the finest vintages.
Additionally it had two private dining rooms. One being suitable for a group of eight.
History[]
The wealthy industrialist, Victor Helios or better known as Victor Frankenstein, dined at Quan Yin, reserving one of the private dining rooms all to himself.
Whilst he was waiting for his meal, he received a call from one of his members of the New Race, which he created. Jonathan Harker, a detective, now renegade who had turned into a serial, murdering various people to find meaning in his life. Victor tried to convict to go to the Hands of Mercy to receive his help so he could fix him, but was refused.
After the call Victor tried to enjoy the meal his host provided for him.

Lee Ling[]
A Buddha-plump man who is the proprietor and cook of Quan Yin. He appears very fond of Victor, and or years saw him as a one-in-a-thousand customer, due to being familiar with regional Chinese cuisine. Hence why he prepared as special dish for Victor, knowing he would appreciate such an exotic dish.

- Egg Drop Soup
- Three Squeaks: A Cantonese dish which is considered by some an acquired delicacy. This dish is not on the menu due the potential for being cited for health violations. Said dish is actually a plate of live baby mice which a customer can boil in peanut oil blended with pepper oils and a side dish of saffron rice.
