Overview
History

Osborn and Stromm's partnership comes to a bitter end
Osborn Industries was founded by the wealthy Norman Osborn and his partner the noted professor Mendel Stromm, both working together to build up their company through Norman's business savvy and Stromm's brilliant inventions. However, Osborn took advantage of Stromm's contributions and had him arrested after he embezzled money from the company's account for his projects, with Osborn even taking his former partner to court and cementing a deep hatred between the two.
After a long imprisonment, Stromm was eventually released but his only desire after what he saw as an unjust incarceration was to get revenge on his former partner Osborn with his robotic minions, but his plans were foiled thanks to the efforts of the local superhero vigilante Spider-Man, with things becoming more grim for Stromm as he suffered a lethal heart-attack after a failed assassination by none other than Osborn himself, who attempted to gun down his former partner from outside a nearby building while onlookers remained oblivious to the shooter's true identity, ensuring Osborn's status as a deadly tyrant.
Things would only escalate further when Osborn discover a formula created by Stromm which he hoped to profit off of, but instead the concoction literally blew up in his face, giving him enhanced physical abilities but severe brain damage as well. From then on, the state of his company, family and sanity began to deteriorate as he became insanely obsessed with becoming the world's greatest criminal and killing the young superhero Spider-Man, dubbing himself the "Green Goblin" in order to live out his twisted fantasies.

Founder
- “I had to be ruthless in business! I allowed no one to stand in my way... not even my partner... a man named Professor Stromm...!”
- ―Norman Osborn

The villainous CEO and founder of Oscorp, Norman Osborn aka the Green Goblin
Norman Osborn is the ambitious and ruthless founder, CEO, and chief scientist of Oscorp Industries. A brilliant yet amoral industrialist, Osborn's relentless pursuit of wealth, power, and scientific achievement often comes at the expense of his humanity, including his strained relationship with his son, Harry Osborn. His cold and calculating demeanor has made him one of the most formidable figures in the corporate world.
- “By now that web-crawling weasel must have forgotten all about the Green Goblin! Therefore, this is the perfect time for me to strike--and to get the revenge that my soul is hungering for!”
- ―The Green Goblin
Beneath his facade as a cold business mogul, however, lies his far darker and more sinister alter ego: the Green Goblin. This heinous persona emerged after a catastrophic lab accident involving an experimental formula originally developed by his partner, Mendel Stromm. The formula enhanced Osborn's physical abilities to superhuman levels but shattered his sanity, giving rise to the Green Goblin's malevolence. As the Green Goblin, Osborn has become one of Spider-Man's greatest adversaries, driven by a twisted obsession to sow chaos and cement his dominance both in the criminal underworld and over his heroic nemesis.
Head Scientist
- “For ten years I dreamed of this moment! I dreamed of getting my revenge on the man who cheated me out of my inventions! As he has ruined my life, so shall I ruin him!”
- ―Mendel Stromm on Norman Osborn

Oscorp's disgraced Head Scientist, Mendel Stromm
The late Mendel Stromm was the former head scientist and business partner of Norman Osborn. Once an esteemed college professor, Stromm became partners with Osborn in the hopes that their scientific genius and Osborn's business savvy would allow him to pursue his scientific ambitions unimpeded, but instead, Stromm often found himself taken advantage of by Osborn who would even take credit for his creations and even deprive him of sufficient funding, forcing a desperate Stromm to borrow money from the company for his projects. However, the greedy Osborn had no sympathy for his partner and had him arrested on charges of embezzlement, ruining the professor's life while Osborn became the sole owner and head scientist of Oscorp.
This injustice spurred Stromm to plan his revenge against Osborn by creating his own team of deadly mechanized assassins to end Osborn once and for all, but unfortunately for Stromm, his plans were ended by the superhero Spider-Man while Stromm's life would be ended by Osborn himself.
Heir Apparent
- “Everything I say or do seems to displease him! If only I knew what was wrong!”
- ―Harry Osborn on his rocky relationship with his father

Oscorp heir apparent, Harry Osborn
Harry Osborn, son of industrial magnate Norman Osborn, serves as the heir apparent and occasional CEO of Oscorp during his father's frequent absences. Born into wealth and privilege, Harry initially struggled to live up to the immense expectations set by his father's demanding nature and frequent emotional neglect. Despite these challenges, Harry demonstrated a genuine interest in the family business, attending the best schools and gaining valuable experience under Norman's watchful yet very demanding eye.
Though not as ruthless or ambitious as his father, Harry has stepped into leadership roles at Oscorp when necessary, displaying a sense of duty and loyalty to the company. His tenure as acting CEO often saw him juggling his responsibilities with personal struggles, including his complicated friendship with Peter Parker and the shadow cast by his father's dual identity as the Green Goblin. Nevertheless, Harry remains a pivotal figure in Oscorp's operations.
