Myrtle's Cafe is a cafe located at the small fishing town of Gullstone. It was featured in the comic series "Wild's End (2023)."
Overview[]
Myrtle's Cafe was owned by a young hare woman of the same name. It was a eatery that served the local fishermen. After weeks out at sea, the fishing vessel The Merry Beet and its crew returned to an empty port. The crew were confused on why the town had been abandoned. Among them was Roddy, Myrtle's lover. He and his crew mates investigate the cafe only to find the food at the table moldy and the place empty.
However it was eventually learned that the town was abandoned after an alien invasion occurred. The invaders taking the form of mobile lamp posts, having been covertly installed through their thralls at Glo-Lite destroyed most of the world's military forces and hypnotized the town's populace to serve as their work force in the local quarry. Myrtle as it so happens was among the survivors forced to work under the aliens.
