Frank Anderson[]
The gruff bald manager and owner of the diner. He's a man who cares more about serving his customers, ignoring the harassment of his staff. His lack of care, shows when he has zero knowledge of their lives, such as Paula Terry, his waitress, who be believes is a bimbo from a sorority, and that she's working to pay for her child. Though he has threatened to fire her on several occasions, he is most just full of air and lets to vent his anger out on her supposed failings.
Paula Terry[]
An underpaid and underappreciate waitress that often has to deal with the sexual harassment from her perverted male clientele. However she needs the pay as she is currently shacking up with her boyfriend. In reality she is one of Cosmopolis's many superheroes, being electric powered heroine The Blitz.
Fran[]
An aged cook that appears more motherly and sympathetic to her staff than Frank.
Warren[]
A young waiter and dishwasher that tends to eaten leftovers despite Fran warning him it will make him sick.
