The charter were an ape gang of motorists who were said to be strange and keep to themselves. They had a neutral relationship with the Humans, though a few members from the Bakesfield gang thought the face paint used by the Los Muertos was cool
They are involved in skin-fights, participating in the events hosted at Flex Trucking in Bakesfield, C.A.
