Criminal enterprises are business ventures that engage in criminal activities or are managed by crime organizations which operate either in underworld circles or through Front Companies and deal in all manner of underworld trade, including theft, extortion, assassination, kidnapping, drugs, illegal weapons, volatile chemicals, inhumane scientific or arcane research and other morally questionable exchanges and practices for profit.
