Bubba's Outpost Ribs was a little restaurant located somewhere in the scenic wilderness surrounding the island town of Hurleyburg and the Camp Swampy military base, which served as both a BBQ ribs eatery and a bar stocked with beer that was quite popular with locals.
History[]
During one special evening, Sergeant Orville P. Snorkel took his subordinates far into the outskirts for a camping exercise in an area riddle with uncomfortable rocks. When asked by his subordinate Private Beetle Bailey on why they had been dragged to such a lousy spot, Sarge simply replied that the area was teeming with beauty while complementing the wonders of nature.
Private Bailey though wasn't fooled by Sgt.'s sudden environmentally-friendly ruse and knew the Sarge was full of it, questioning him on the real reason they had been dragged all the way out there as a now red-handed Sarge's gluttonous eyes veered to the side and stared in the direction of Bubba's Outpost Ribs.
