Bill's Diner is an all-you-can-eat buffet diner in the small island town of Hurleyburg, serving as the only buffet in town, but unfortunately, the restaurant is known for having the worst food in town, especially since its buffet lacks heaters or sneeze guards, but because its the only buffet in town, it still manages to maintain a steady clientele, mainly Sergeant Orville P. Snorkel from the local Camp Swampy, who despite openly criticizing the food, he nonetheless always happily ready to have seconds, a fact which perplexes his subordinate, Private Bailey.
