The Alibi Bar is a small but popular bar in the seedier part of the city which is frequented by many lowlifes and other underworld types who come to enjoy a drink and discuss "business" or simply hide from the law. Because of this, the bar is also frequented by private detective Nick Knatterton who usually comes here for information or when tailing a perp.
The Alibi Bar is owned by the sultry barmaid Virginia Peng, a somewhat dubious informant and occasional lover to Nick Knatterton who often supplies her beloved detective with information, affection or pain depending on the mood.
